 Scrambled Eggs


Ingredients

1 Tablespoon butter

3 eggs

Pinch of salt

1/4 cup half and half

Optional: Shredded cheese, bell peppers, onions, herbs, salsa, avocado


Instructions

1. Stir the eggs, half and half, and salt in a bowl until well blended.

2. Melt the butter in a frying pan on medium heat.

3. Add the egg mixture and turn the heat to medium-low. 

4. Continue to cook slowly, using a spatula to keep them from sticking to the pan.

4. Plate it and serve with any toppings- salsa, avocado, etc.
